REHEARSAL EXPECTATIONS You don’t have to be an excellent music reader. In addition to sheet music, choir members receive part-specific rehearsal recordings that ease the learning process. JSCC maintains a learning atmosphere in which we share with one another, never compete with one another. Come in ready to grow musically, discover something about yourself, and join the family. PERFORMANCE ATTIRE . . . is a professional look with a dash of color. SEMI- FORMAL SOLID BLACK WITH ONE BRIGHT, RICH, SOLID-COLORED ACCESSORY (a tie, pocket square, corsage, sash, scarf or jewelry). No patterns. No T-Shirts. No Sequins. COVID PROTOCOL In keeping with general current policy, we have no covid mandates. It is up to individuals to vaccinate or wear a mask. And we are fine with those who want to wear a mask in rehearsal, but not in performance.
